work was different on thursday coz we had to go the warehouse located at kallang pudding (found out it was abt three buildings away from dad's workplace), tong lee building, to do some clearing and checking. jenny and joscelyn were telling us to expect the worst. we took a cab there and they were rite. The place had no ventilation (read: no aircon or fan just opened windows.), boxes and boxes filled with papers and thick dust. I could almost die. They were so prepared that they had gloves and masks with them in case anyone needed them.

ANW, me and dee chose a good spot to sit at so it wasnt so bad. we sat rite in front of the hole that had air-con coming in from the room next door, which was also ours. But even then we were sweaty and tired by the end of the day. We had to carry boxes down, open up the contents, read and record the labels and lastly tie it up with raffia. Dian is already a pro with tying and cutting since she did all of it till she had like so many cuts while i did the recording and de-filing. hehe.

the ironic thing was that every employee in the company from the different departments has to this according to routine and despite all the external factors, we had fun! haha. it was lots of jumping, stretching, had-to-do-all-over-again-counting.

the best part was that we could take a cab home and claim it. so dian and me headed to bp to grab free coffee as part of our celebration after that long and dusty day. Thank you starbucks!


I just HAVE HAVE to write about this- pending boogis trip with dee a few days after my pay day! hehe. i cant wait to go shopping! altho this means that i have to rush from work since i do not have any off days from mon-fri ,its a very good sacrifice. lol. because we have to be the first ones to get the new stocks rite? hehehe.
