My thighs are aching and my back hurts.
All because i went for a morning run with fiza yesterday after so many months of not running.
lesson learnt- STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH.

we went approx one and half run and for me, plus two rounds walking. fiza has made me her exercise partner the next time she, ziz and adam are going to the gym. quite exciting yeah =)

Vivocity today wif cuzins ainanis sis and farah. the all-crazy girls. we walked and walked and walked to practically every shop. Unfortunately, the sky garden was closed today due to the opening ceremony. Only invited guests like gorgeous models and hady and jon were allowed to pass. I have to say that i lurve the tops at fox. damn nice!!! we ate at long john(full of cheese of course), arcade (fara's superb at the para-para dance thingy) and sat down after all that walking to enjoy the perfect nite view.

we had to walk thru this narrow lane coz some places we closed. I almost suffocated in there.
